On Friday, I ran a mile and a half without stopping. It honestly felt amazing. I was exhausted and my body wanted to collapse. But my soul felt amazing.

Today, I decided to run outside. The town in which my university is located has a lot of hills and I didn’t account for them. I ran a mile but I had to stop a bunch because the hills were killing my arches. When I told one of my friends one of the hills I was running on, he said “Damn! I don’t even like driving up that hill!”

I gotta add in some days of walking or running up small hills though. Don’t want that to be my weakness.

Tomorrow is my rest day but I am doing some swimming in the morning. I’m really just taking a diving lesson at the JCC because I’m tired of being one of the only people in my class still scared of doing it. So there won’t be much exercising involved. I’m also doing “Dancing With the Greeks” tomorrow performing. I can’t wait. It’s going to be great and I really hope that my Greek and I win! If we do, I’d like to donate my money to the Matthew Shepard Foundation.

My mile yesterday was really not that bad. It was still painful, but less so than yesterday.

Going for 1.5 miles today. I hope they catch that bastard soon.
